The neat palate gave us a lot of sweetness up front in the form of orange jelly and amaretto cream pie. This was soon followed by cardamom and mint infused pineapple, mango and melon. The addition of water released a warming wood spice aroma which mingled well with the sweet notes of berries in clotted cream. To
