It can't block, which isn't unusual for this sort of creature, but its recursion ability is limited by the raid mechanic
What this deck does well, however, is stick to its core artifact-based attack, and it can become a problem very quickly if you get T'Challa churning out the Vibranium tokens as soon as possible
Some extreme crimps even cut a card in half, which makes them oddly collectible if both halves ever resurface
There's also a lot of effects that modify scry now, potentially enough to build scry focused decks and then just run these as buffs
