#15 I really have no faith in this card
Heck, even my 60 card decks only ran like 20-22 lands while my Average Mana Value was like 3.75+
Want to push colorless artifacts to the limit
It still has a place (mostly driven by nostalgia, probably) in dredge decks like Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, and you absolutely have to run it on principle in Saffi Eriksdotter and Hans Eriksson decks
