The only thing keeping this card as low as it is on our list is simply the mana cost: six is a lot to ask for in cEDH, and while Consecrated Sphinx will win the game if left unaddressed, it wont win the game that same turn in the way that other high-mana investments will (Hullbreaker Horror, Ad Nauseam, etc)
While the floor is already interesting, the ceiling for Requiem Monolith is ridiculous

All I'll say is I do think it's funny how less spectacular Green's best card is to most of the other colors and that it is arguably not as powerful as another 2-drop, given the impact Haru, Hidden Talent might have in broader formats
