How it wins Stack extra-land-drop enablers (Exploration, Oracle of Mul Daya, Azusa Lost but Seeking, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove) with fetchland recursion (Crucible of Worlds, Ramunap Excavator, Life from the Loam) so each turn fires 3+ landfall triggers

While none of those effects are particularly enticing, the sheer number of options makes any card look good

Ive seen this card compared to Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer

It is a reasonably sized ambush champion with targeted removal included

Blighted Fen has an expensive activated ability, but when you can use it, it's quite powerful
