This one is wild co fermentation of Ellis Bitter and Tremletts Bitter apples, along with a yard blend of perry pears. Later we ran this into a just emptied chaardonnay barrel of Quince wine for it to mature on the quince lees for 9 months before bottling. It's a real tropical fruit basket of a drink think Opal Fruit juiciness and ripe mango, with pineapple, star fruit and kiwi with a
