Signed neatly by Thatcher in blue felt tip in the upper left corner. The photograph measures 6. 8 x 4. 7", and features light glue residue on the reverse and slight handling wear. Otherwise in very good condition. The photograph comes with its original typed letter from Mrs Thatcher's secretary, dated 4 April 1978, on her official House of Commons
