I'd probably just play Haunting Voyage, Patriarch's Bidding, and Living Death to get your goodies back for more fun
As of November 2024 PSA have only graded just six 4 th print Charizards in a perfect grade 10, and only 45 in a grade 9, compare this to the 7,929 PSA 9 Unlimited Charizards that have been graded, and you can easily see just how rare the 4 th print 1999-2000 UK print is
The card is very minty besides that so Im going to call it DMG but could easily be repaired to NM+ in the right hands Very hard to get card and I see people posting this card in way worse condition for $500+ dm with any questions
In general its better to apply them in separate layers so they don't interact with each other and congeal
That said, just as Bolas appearance here could just be a tease story-wise, we may also not get a new Bolas card for a few sets yet
