釀造：不購買葡萄汁或是新酒，採用有機和自然動力法的方式照料葡萄園，葡萄去梗發酵，使用全天然的酵母新桶使用很節制，一級園大致在30%左右。

風土：Givry是夏隆內丘最小以紅酒為主的村莊產區，總計約282公頃，劃分為38塊一級園。自中世紀以來，便以法國國王亨利四世最鍾愛的產區而聞名。白酒以蜂蜜、檸檬、百合為主，酒體圓潤，酸度清爽；紅酒則散發紫羅蘭、草莓、黑莓以及甘草、野味、丁香，單寧紮實，架構出飽滿的酒體與強大的陳年實力。
