The upper plate pictured had the blue lettering being repainted since they were faded being the front plate

however the Rolph Clark Stone Ltd code is "14" which is their proprietary code for 1964 - see pic 6)

Both plates have had some minor touch-up on the white background around the edge and some navy blue on the upper plate pictured
